I've always loved the look of shaker charms – the way the sequins and glitter move around inside, catching the light and adding a little bit of magic. This piece combines that playful shaker effect with a giant bow-shaped frame and a sweet character at the centre.
The bow was the most fun to design – the oversized pink shape with checkered panels, the tiny cross-stitch bow at the top, and the soft grey outline that ties it all together. The centre character is simple and sweet, with soft pink cheeks and a tiny flower, resting on a green-and-white checkered cloth. And the rainbow skirt at the bottom adds a gentle cascade of colour.
