Shipping policy

At pixel-pattern store, we work hard to make sure your order is prepared and shipped as smoothly as possible.

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

All orders are shipped from China. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local carrier conditions, customs clearance, and other factors outside our direct control. Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information if available.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges that may apply after the order reaches the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@pixel-pattern.com as soon as possible. We recommend including your order number and any relevant photos so we can review the issue and assist you more efficiently.
