Refund policy

At pixel-pattern store, we want you to feel good about every order you place with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept return requests within 5 business days of delivery. If more than 5 business days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to approve a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Because many of our products are small craft materials and accessories, we’re unable to accept returns for items that have been opened, used, sorted, mixed, or altered after delivery, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We also do not accept returns for customized or personalized items, gift cards, digital products, or any item that is returned in a condition different from how it was originally received.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us at support@pixel-pattern.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos of both the item and the packaging.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you return instructions. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

All orders are shipped from China. Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by pixel-pattern store.
